Procedure

The main ingredient of the “authentic beer bath” is water heated to 37 ° C. The water is then enriched with beer ingredients such as yeast, hops, malt, etc.

Due to the favorable water temperature, the spa will cause a slight increase in heart rate and activate blood circulation throughout the vascular system. The spa heats the skin and opens the pores of the skin, through which harmful substances are then lightly sweated out of the subcutaneous tissue. The live brewery yeast culture delivers a whole range of B vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates to the skin and contributes to total skin softening and regeneration. To compensate for blood pressure, increase the effect of the bath and enhance the relaxation experience, a glass of natural, unpasteurized Jezek beer is recommended.

Effect: Excellent anti-stress therapy. Supports regeneration ability of the skin, overall calming of dermatological phenomena and psychological disharmony.

Contraindications: Not appropriate for people with high blood pressure, people recovering from heart surgery, women past their third month of pregnancy and children under 15.

Time spent in the spa is 20 minutes.

After a bath, the guest is placed on a bed in the relaxation area, wrapped in a bedsheet and blanket, the body-calming phase follows. The warm body calms down, blood pressure slowly drops, the muscles relax and body energy is restored. The cleansed skin absorbs the effective, beneficial substances, which adhere to the skin after bathing and are gradually absorbed into the subcutaneous tissue.

Rest period after the bath is at least 25 minutes.

To achieve the desired effect, it is recommended not to bathe again for another 12 hours.

Hydro massage bath

This is one of the procedures involving a mechanical effect (water massage procedures).
Using this procedure, you will achieve perfect relaxation, and relieve stress and tension throughout your body and soul.

The procedure takes place in a special spa bath, at a water temperature of 35-37°C

The duration of the bath is around 20 minutes, which is followed by an approximately 30-minute dry wrap.

Added Salt Baths

This is a procedure that takes place in a special tub, filled with water at a temperature of around, 35 – 37 °C with dissolved ingredients. The duration of the bath is 20 minutes, followed by a 20-minute dry wrap on a bed.

You can choose from various types on site – for example, Dead Sea salt, chocolate, lavender, anti-stress, anti-cold, etc.

The baths are one of our most popular spa treatments, but for many people they are also a pleasant way to relax after a day of stress and tension.
